re-discover the relatively lost art of Mulled Wine drinking. Whether you are in
Summer or Winter the time is right for Mulled Wine.
Mulled wine is made easy
with Otto's special blend of Spice. Simply pour the spice and wine into a pot. Simmer with
a lid and add sugar to suit your taste.
(It takes about 15-20 minutes in total)
For drier palates use
less sugar and for sweeter palates use more sugar. Mulled wine can be as dry as chablis or
as sweet as a sauterne (sweet wine).

Mulled
Gold - mulled wine made
with white wine and served Chilled.
If a sweeter style has been made then have it with crushed ice, if dry, then have it
with Lemonade or soda. It's like Sangria, only better! |

wine made in red and served steaming in a mug. For extra flavour a dash of port, and
wedges of lemon and almonds are added whilst heating. |
